The Palio of Bergamo
During the month of September, Bergamo will be in competition with itself: the city will be divided into different areas and the inhabitants of each area will represent a team. The different teams will compete in various competitions in Via Solata. At the end of the month, only one team will be rewarded.

Via Solata, located in Bergamo Alta, is a beautiful and out-of-this-world street, in every sense, since phones have no signal. One can take pleasant walks in the evening thanks to the ban on cars. There are also numerous places to taste typical products.
