Campanone

In the heart of Piazza Vecchia stands Torre Civica, known as Campanone, which at 52.76 metres high offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the old town. At the top, which can be reached on foot (230 steps) or more conveniently by lift, is the largest bell in Lombardia. Every day at 10 pm, Campanone strikes its striking hundred chimes.
